Job Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Take reviews from customers.
- Calling for verification of canceled orders from customers.
- Distribution order placement in the system.
- Collaborate with SO and LA to solve merchant problems.
- Process replacement orders.
- Serve internal departments and customers with a helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
- Work closely with the Team Leader (TL) and adhere to their guidance and instructions.
