Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hub Operations Auditor to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our hub operations through regular audits and process improvements. Overseeing cash and stock audits, setting up new hubs, analyzing market credit, and managing recovery processes are all part of the role. In addition to safeguarding the company’s financial and operational standards, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence throughout the hub.
Job Responsibilities:
● Maintain compliance with company guidelines by conducting regular hub audits.
● Ensure the accuracy of financial records by auditing cash and stock.
● Coordinate and manage the operational setup during the new hub launch.
● Travel frequently to various hub locations for audits and inspections.
● Must Have proper Audit knowledge.
● Ensure effective FMCG distribution processes are followed.
● Conduct market credit analysis and manage recovery processes.
● Assist the Team Leader with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
● 1-2 years of experience in a similar job sector is preferred.
⏰ Employment Type: Full-time
💵 Salary: 15000-17000
💼 Compensation & Other Benefits: Yearly 2 Festival Bonus & Yearly salary reviews.
