We are looking for a Jr. Executive for our Audit & Compliance team to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our hub operations through regular audits and process improvements. Overseeing cash and stock audits, setting up new hubs, analyzing market credit, and managing recovery processes are all part of the role. In addition to safeguarding the company’s financial and operational standards, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence throughout the hub.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Market Credit analysis & recovery process knowledge.
- Sharp knowledge of overall Audit proceedings & reporting.
- Conduct Business Hub Audit as per Organizational Guideline.
- Business Data analysis to reveal the current scenario.
- Perform regular Cash & Stock Audit.
- Follow up new Hub Operation at Hub Launching.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
- Graduation or Masterโs degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration) from a recognized UGC-approved university is mandatory.
๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Must have an interest in frequent Traveling.
- Must have knowledge about FMCG Distribution Business.
- Sound Knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint).
โฐ ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ผ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ง๐๐ฝ๐ฒ: Full-time.
