Job Summary:
As a Distribution Supervisor at PriyoShop.com Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our field force to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and communication in the market. Your responsibilities will include developing the sales team, addressing distribution-related issues, and fostering strong relationships with retailers to drive sales and enhance customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
● To ensure effective market supervision and take corrective measures as and when required through regular market visits.
● To develop the sales force through on-the-job coaching and sharing the key observations, during the market visits in regular de-briefing sessions.
● to maintain trade relationships.
● To ensure outlet expansion and growth of his assigned route.
● To achieve the sales target (including recharge target) through leading and guiding the sales force.
● To solve all distribution-related issues found during the market visits in order to ensure benchmark customer service to the retailers.
● To ensure 100% availability of Banglalink products, including the recharge tools (i.e. scratch card and i’top-up) in all registered outlets.
● To ensure that the field force is communicating the intended messages (e.g. campaign message, special regional initiative) to all registered retailers as directed by the concerned ZSM.
● To build an excellent rapport with all key retailers by ensuring benchmark customer services (e.g. prompt action to solve i’top-up, SIM, swap/balance, transfer, or POSM-related issues).
● To ensure that the field force is taking adequate stocks (SIM, recharge tools) on a daily basis in line with the recent off-takes.
● To ensure special supervision and support in all BSP ( Banglalink service points) outlets as these outlets are extremely important from business point of view.
Qualifications :
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Previous experience in distribution, sales, or operations, preferably in a supervisory role..
● Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
● Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.
