Key Responsibilities:
● Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals, ensuring thorough documentation.
● Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, covering feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
● Partner with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
● Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
● Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine product features and enhance user satisfaction.
● Oversee the product launch process, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring successful go-to-market strategies.
● Monitor product performance and key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
● Act as a product advocate, promoting the product internally and externally and building strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
● Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Technology Management:
● Collect regular user feedback from clients and the sales team.
● Assign tasks to the in-house team to address and incorporate feedback.
● Communicate potential delays or roadblocks to senior management as necessary.
● Build confidence with relevant stakeholders by ensuring timely, accurate delivery of each product version.
● Conduct content quality checks and regularly monitor the product platform.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in product management or engineering (experience in software engineering is a plus).
● Strong written, verbal, and collaborative skills in Bangla and English.
● Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Jira, and Excel.
Educational Qualification:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed university.
