Responsibilities:
1. Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals with proper documentation.
2. Create and prioritize the product roadmap, including feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
3. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
4. Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
6. Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to iterate on product features and improve user satisfaction.
7. Manage the product launch process, including coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring successful go-to-market strategies.
8. Monitor product performance and key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
9. Act as a product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally, and building relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Technology Management:
1. Collect and accumulate regular user feedback from clients and the sales team.
2. Assign work to the in-house team to incorporate feedback.
3. Raise flags about potential delays or roadblocks to senior management.
4. Gain the confidence of relevant stakeholders by ensuring timely and up-to-date delivery of each product version.
5. Perform content quality checking and regularly monitor the product platform.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in product management or engineering is required. (Previous experience in software engineering is a plus.)
– Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills (Bangla and English)
– Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Jira, Excel, etc.
Educational Qualification:
– B.Sc. in CSE or related subjects from any reputed university.
