Position Overview: A Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company by identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit merchants & collect orders from merchants.
- Maintain relations with merchants.
- Search for new merchants and register them on our platform.
- Find out new business opportunities for their existing merchants.
- Collect competitors’ data from the market.
- Solve merchants queries and problems.
- Maintain good relations with external and Internal stakeholders.
- Collect merchants’ demands and inform the sourcing team.
- Prepare a report and send it to the supervisor.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
